Lucknow’s Muslim families have a deep love for correct, beautiful Urdu and for the Quran recited well. In many homes, around the old city, Aminabad, Nakhas or the newer colonies off Kursi Road and Gomti Nagar, children grow up hearing recitation every day. Yet finding a teacher who can sit with one child, correct every makhraj and keep a fixed time is still hard.
Our online Quran classes in Lucknow bring that teacher home: live, one-to-one, at a time that suits your family.
Class timings that fit a Lucknow day
Lucknow families often keep a gentle daily rhythm: school in the morning, lunch and rest, then studies in the evening. Many choose a Quran class in the early evening after Asr, or just after Maghrib. Working parents, including those in government offices or commuting to the newer business districts, often prefer 9 pm onwards.
In the hot pre-monsoon months, an early class after Fajr is popular, before the heat sets in.
| Time (IST) | Who usually picks it |
|---|---|
| After Fajr, 5:30 to 7:00 am | Students who like to learn before the heat |
| After Asr to Maghrib | Kids after school and rest |
| 9:00 pm onwards | Working adults and ladies |
These are only examples. We teach 24/7, seven days a week, and you choose your own days and time.
Language and the mushaf
Teachers explain in Urdu, Hindi or English, and Lucknow families who value precise Urdu will find teachers who explain rules clearly and respectfully. Indo-Pak script mushafs are used throughout.
Who learns with us in Lucknow
We teach Lucknow’s youngest learners starting the Qaida, children who already read and want Tajweed, Hifz students who need a patient revision plan, and adults, often grandparents, who want to correct their recitation in privacy. Many mothers ask for a female teacher for their daughters.
Because Lucknow has a strong tradition of Urdu and of careful speech, some students already pronounce letters like qaaf and ghain well, but mix up Arabic letters that sound similar in Urdu, such as the different ‘s’ and ‘z’ sounds. A one-to-one teacher works on exactly those points.
Courses
The same four Quran courses run in every city: Noorani Qaida online for beginners, Nazra Quran online for fluent reading, online Tajweed classes for correct recitation, and online Hifz classes for memorisation. Families can also read about our Quran classes for kids and Quran classes for ladies, with female teachers on request.
Classes are live on Zoom or Skype. The teacher shares the Quran page on screen, listens to every word and corrects mistakes as they happen.
